The terms that apply when you book a job with Betterway Logistic.
These terms apply to any courier, delivery, man-and-van or collection job booked with Betterway Logistic (“we”, “us”). By booking a job you agree to them.
Prices given by chat, phone, email or WhatsApp are estimates based on the details you give us. The final price is confirmed once we know the exact size, weight and access involved, and before the job is booked in.
Same-day slots are subject to availability at the time of booking. We'll always confirm a realistic collection and delivery window before you commit.
We ask for as much notice as possible if a job needs to be cancelled or moved, especially for same-day bookings where a driver may already be en route. Late cancellations may be subject to a reasonable charge.
Please describe items accurately, including size, weight and anything fragile, so they can be handled properly. We take reasonable care of everything we carry, but we don't carry illegal, dangerous or prohibited goods, and we can't accept liability for items that weren't accurately described or reasonably packaged beforehand.
Please make sure someone is available at both the pickup and delivery address for the agreed window, and that there's reasonable access (parking, stairs, lifts). Delays caused by access issues on the day may affect the price or timing.
Payment is due as agreed when the quote is confirmed, unless we've arranged a different schedule with you directly (for example, for regular business collections).

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
